1.12c3 Update / January Build Challenge

• [p]added confirming renaming rides/people/the park with enter key[/p]
• [p]fixed Hedge Archway from Ancient World theme not working and displaying error messages[/p]

[p][/p][p]Version 1.12c2:[/p]

• [p]fixed a multiplayer desync if some players (but not all) own the Dinos & Dynasties DLC and the park contains a souvenir shop[/p]
