Starbase STU Update 28.06.2024 - STU Build 1000042

Small update for today, patch notes below:

• Added GhidMk2 ship to spaceship designer premade ships folder.
  - Note that you need to save premade ships to yourself first before you can purchase them
  - Reminder, that STU has a ship override in effect in SSC, where all ships that are purchased need no ore or credits to buy
  
• Fixed pilot chair parts not bolting together.
  
• Reduced research cost of all technologies to 0.
  
• Added options to test spaceship LOD settings (STU only).
  - Can be found in Settings -> Test Server
  
• Fixed station blueprints counting towards the max station limit.
  
• Fixed ship warping being cancelled if the ship got unloaded by another player.
  
• Fixed station resignation not correctly removing the station from station list until game is restarted
