The Bus – DevLog 11: A Look at Recent Improvements

[p]Hello everyone,[/p][p][/p][p]on March 26, The Bus will launch in full release on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.[/p][p]With DevLog 11, we would like to give you a small look at some of the topics we have been working on over the past few days alongside many other areas of development. Even shortly before full release, numerous fixes, adjustments, and improvements are still being made to the game.[/p][p][/p][p]These changes, along with many other improvements, will take effect with the next update.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][h3]Among other things, we have already fixed the following issues:[/h3]
  • [p]Issues in the vehicle editor that prevented certain adjustments from being made[/p]
  • [p]An incorrect display of the character’s sunglasses[/p]
  • [p]License plates showing incorrect local area codes[/p]
  • [p]Inconsistencies between subtitles and voice output for some passengers[/p]
  • [p]Missing driving sounds on cobblestone surfaces[/p]
  • [p]A continuous beeping sound on AI buses while braking or standing still[/p]
  • [p]A repeated error sound when the double-decker came to a stop, likely related to the air pressure system[/p]
  • [p]Unclean braking behavior and overly abrupt acceleration on the Scania articulated bus[/p]
