User Interface

- Gamepad now has the proper up/down navigations in the Condition Overview panel
- Can now untoggle active research in research rooms' targets list to disable ongoing research

- Fixed problems with switching from KBM to controller mid-game
- Fixed an issue where the 'Open Hospital' notification would disappear
