Celeste composer shares a snippet of Earthblade's soundtrack, and now I'm even more gutted it was cancelled

I'm not all that big on ranking games, truth be told - why would I want to catalogue a piece of art that way? The best platform games on PC 2025

What are the best platform games on PC? Back in the '90s and early '00s, you couldn't escape the countless platformers and mascot characters catering to console gamers. However, apart from the likes of Commander Keen, Jazz Jackrabbit, and Duke Nukem, the PC got very little love. Celeste dev cancels promising platformer Earthblade after five years of work

However, in a surprise announcement from studio head Maddy Thorson, the promising Metroidvania platformer has been canceled due to a "fracture" in the studio and a general lack of passion for the project.
