~ Foundation Update: 3D Nectar Blobs, DirectX 12, Engine Improvements ~

This is a major foundation update for Nature & Life - Drunk On Nectar.[/p][p][/p][p]This update essentially paves the way for the entire range of major features and expansions that have been long awaited for the game, by first providing the technical foundation and engine upgrades necessary to do so. Hence the large size of this update :)[/p][p]
That's not all though! This update finally brings full 3D delicious golden nectar blobs for the game's beloved Butterflies, Bees & Wasps, thus making "Nectaring" gameplay a far more interactive and blissful experience.[/p][p][/p][p]DirectX 12 support is now here with this update! Read on to learn more.[/p][p][/p][p]But up first....[/p][p][/p][hr][/hr][p][/p][h3]3D Nectar Blobs![/h3][p][/p][p]Now get "Drunk On Nectar" with greater joy than ever before! :)[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][hr][/hr][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][hr][/hr][p][/p][p]Infnitely delicious & slurpable Nectar, now in 3D liquid forms![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][hr][/hr][p][/p][h2]DirectX 12 support added![/h2][p][/p][p]DirectX 12 support is now here with this update! In my experience this is the fastest and smoothest version of the game and is therefore now the game's default graphics renderer.[/p][p][/p][h3]Pics rendered with the game's new DirectX12 renderer![/h3][p][/p][carousel][/carousel][p][/p][hr][/hr][p][/p][h3]New Launch Options[/h3][p][/p][p]The game now features 3 launch options, one for each graphics renderer:[/p][p]1) Default: DX12 - which is now the game's default renderer.[/p][p][/p][p]2) Vulkan is provided as the second preferred option. [/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]3) DX11 is retained for compatibility with older systems, but not recommended unless necessary, as the first two options provide vastly superior experiences of the game :)[/p][p][/p][hr][/hr][p][/p][h3]Looking ahead[/h3][p]A number of major features and expansions are indeed on the way. This update is essentially a proving ground for the underlying platform changes made in preparation.[/p][p][/p][p]The feast is sweeter when it arrives as a surprise, so expect a few great surprises for the game early next year!
