Update 11 - Oculus Goodies, bug fixes and improvements

Oculus

In this update Oculus is getting some needed attention from bug fixes to needed basic features like thumbstick snap turn.

Thumbstick snap turn can be activated in the settings (not available for the vive)

Cooking grenades can be done with the trigger!

Be aware that im developing for Oculus pretty much blind as i don't own the hardware yet, so any feedback is appreciated!

Auto ungrip

This is a basic implementation of what would be a series of input customization, in the mean time this seem to be the most seeked feature to add

Final SNDMap testing week

Last chance to give feedback! does it seem balanced? is it too big, too small? does it need more cover spots? etc, etc your opinion it's important!

Pimping process will begin soon (modeling and texturing).

Update 10 - New testing maps, fixes improvements!

Testing maps

There's two new maps, Bridge and SNDMap, the latter is unnamed for the time being

This maps are in a state known as "blockout", in this state, changes are very easy to do, allowing many testing iterations before committing into "final art" which could take months.

This is where i need your feedback, play the hell out of those maps specifically SNDMap in S&D mode.

Update 9 - Lag compensation, Weapon tweaks Fullscreen Mirror

Hello guys, major tiny update


Lag Compensation

Hit registry has been overwhelmingly improved even on high latency situations, give it a try! feels like a whole new game!

The community and i felt compelled to push this to main asap so here it is.

Fullscreen Mirror

Pavlov now renders without the black bars, very helpful for those who like to make videos!

Update 8 - Loading issue, balancing bug fixes

Loading issue

Although i've tried so hard to nail it down i've been unsuccessful to fix it as of yet. Please help me gather data in order to figure out a hardware correlation over here

- Fixed bomb not planting if arming right on the spot
- Fixed round winning condition in S&D
- Fixed bomb being able to be picked by defending team
- Fixed memory leak that lead to an slow down by the end of the game

- S&D increased freeze time to 15 seconds

- TDM now spawns you with Kevlar + Helmet
- TDM spawn reduced from 5 to 2.5 seconds
- TDM added additional spawn points

- Kevlar vest damage multiplier 0.1 to 0.25
- Shotgun damage 10 to 30
- Handgun 5 to 15
- Handcannon 60 to 40

- Several texture streaming tweaks
- Changed how GC behaves in hopes for a crash/hang fix
