Major Update! Version 2.05 is here!


Hello there,

We added 3 more languages for DLC. It is Spanish localisation made by Eugenio It is Portuguese localisation made by Jose. Finally, our mate Marcin completed Polish translation. These people translated the original game, so I am pretty sure the game is translated great.

So, 7 languages for DLC are in the game and 3 left. French is almost done, Chinese is half done. We have a light problem with Korean. If you are Korean native speaker and like Warstone, please help us with Korean translation. Leave a comment or add Rurik to friends.

Also, in the next update we will add a minor feature, Hell+ difficulty. It will allow players to set enemies HP to the value they want. Should be fun for hardcore players!



We are keeping polishing the game, so we mostly fix bugs. There are 2 small game changes and a lot of bug fixes.
  • When you try reset a single skill which is unavailable for resetting the game will show you what skill blocks it.
  • Unit armor counter is refreshing in real time now.

  • Fixed the bug when Battle of the Meadow Survival didn't work
  • Fixed the important bug when player could see 2 same magics in the spellbook
  • The game doesn't display 99999s cooldowns anymore
  • Knight Templar mob white big bubble fix
  • Fixed the bug when "-" and "=" hotkeys were displayed wrong
  • Summoned units can't be upgraded with SuperUberMega
  • Fixed the bug when players couldn't start the game if Korean or Portuguese language were chosen
  • Fixed the bug when skill for reducing magic cooldown worked for Nechai abilities
  • Fixed broken names of Nechai and Scullhead
  • Fixed the bug when Summoned Shaman King couldn't be selected
  • Letter C in certain description were displayed incorrectly. Fixed
  • "Complete the level without using a Scroll of Purge" In Polish translation it gave wrong information about. Fixed
  • Regeneration ability has proper name and description now
  • Fixed wrong translation in 2 battle achievements when Fireball and Firewall was confused
  • Fixed the bug when Fireball rune didn't have a name in Polish and English
  • Fixed the bug in Polish when some fury potion had $val2$ in the description
  • Fixed a wrong translation for 1 battle achievement in Polish translation (Rend Scroll was confused with Purge scroll)
  • Some fixes in scenario of Ordeal mission
  • Some buttons in the game were increased in size because text on them in some translations didn't fit

Major Update! Version 2.04 is available!



Hello there,

First of all, we added improved and edited English localisation made by Andreea. She did it a great job. We worked for about 1 month to discuss and fix all unclear phrases and fix typos. She said after she finishes nobody will ever complain about bad English localisation. I believe her.

Also we added Deutsch localisation for DLC made by Raffael and Japanese localisation made by Yuji. They finished translations earlier when we expected,we include it in this update. Say thanks to these great guys if you use German or Japanese :D

Translation of DLC content of other 6 languages (Chinese, Portuguese, French, Korean, Polish and Spanish) is on a way. We finish our games.

Also, our mate composer is making sounds for all towers and enemies from DLC. They should come with next update too.



We changed Astral Voyage DLC Store presence. We added new banners and comics to the description. It is available on English, German, Russian and Japanese languages now. In our opinion it looks very cool now.

[h2]Game changes[/h2]
  • Cooldown of spells is disabled until player starts first wave
  • Players of all leagues can play with each other now in PvP
  • Added hotkeys for 3 more spells
  • Plasma Elemental uses red ray now (Visual effect)
  • Elementals are covered with flame when they don't fight. Flame disappear when they start an attack
  • Added chapter titles in the map of adventures

  • Fixed the critical bug on maze levels when player couldn't place stones anymore and game got stuck a bit later
  • Fixed a bug when scenario of missions could get broken if player pressed Pause button
  • Fixed the bug when Midas Touch killed ghost mobs only visually
  • Fixed the bug in 6th mission, when player couldn't place a stone in the white square (scenario)
  • Fixed the bug when PvP missions didn't finish if an opponent left the match
  • Fixed the bug when players couldn't start last DLC co-op missions
  • In-game DLC banners on English and Russian was fixed (new text, visual fixes, button fix)
  • Money Power skill should work properly and show real values in info panel.
  • Bonus damage from Tavern buildings now displayed in extra damage (+x)
  • Summoned units (Beetle, Shaman King and Troll Hunter) can not be upgraded with SuberUberMega
  • The Outpost mission was fixed. It had enemies from DLC
  • Fixed the bug when texts for buildings and magic upgrades were missing
  • Fixed small visual bug on The Rift mission when the game shown that player can place a stone but it wasn't true
  • Added missing sound effects for an arrow on Map of adventures, Mithril buttons in certain menus, leave a review button, create a game button (in a the arena)
  • Added Secret Mob name for all mobs in the Secret Level
  • Fixed the bug when menu of tower summoning appeared after using of Teleportation skill
  • Fixed the bug with display of reward for story PvP missions. It shown less than player got
  • Fixed the bug with globe of freeze which could freeze own troops in PvP match
  • Fixed the bug when Mitfril Totem didn't work for some players
  • Animation of attack of Shaman King was corrected
  • Shaman King as tower now has blue projectile and blue visual effect of hit

[h2]Co-op improvements[/h2]

In this update we added the rest of Astral Voyage DLC missions, End of Story Survival; Narrow Island Survival; Crystal Swirls Survival; Double Spiral Challenge and Survival. This update took a lot of time because we fixed and tested a lot of bugs. You can see a huge list of bug fixes below.

The development of Warstone is nearing completion. We are translating the text of DLC content to other languages and making sounds for new units and abilities. We are polishing the game as well. If you find any bug even a minor one, please post in the forum about it.

[h2]Bug fixes[/h2]
  • Fixed the bug when game got stuck if player opened a menu in PvP missions
  • Fixed the critical bug in the game scenario/tutorial after completion of Prologue mission. Player could accidentally click on wrong building and got stuck.
  • Fixed the bug when Valkyrie didn't receive last levels of Chakram ability
  • Base damage of Shieldmaidens and Valkyries was increased by 2-4
  • Warcraft skills give proper values now 15%/30%/45%. It gave old values 10%/25%/45%
  • A lot of damage buffs now show damage with fractional quantities
  • Reward for killing an enemy was moved to dropped coins when a unit was killed with Midas Touch
  • Second cast of Berserk ability now resets number of shots
  • Skill for decreasing spell duration now work for scrolls as well
  • We changed a way of showing game version in the left bottom corner. Now it is easier to see where you play (on server or with Socket.dll)
  • Treasurer skill no longer reduces price of summoning attacking units in PvP missions
  • If a player tries to use Teleportation skill far from ability range when spell doesn't go on cooldown but shows a warning tool-tip instead
  • Carry over skill worked wrong. It reduces manacost of all abilities after each spell use. It works properly now.
  • Fixed the bug when Glove of Fire (item) didn't work
  • Fixed the bug when it wasn't possible to complete an achievement in the End of story mission because 1 Astral Boar wasn't scored
  • Fixed the bug when skill Potency (increases duration of spells) was apllied 2 times, If you had level 1 of skill, player got 20%*20%=44% extra duration
  • Removed a white line in the animation of fire of Inquisitor barracks
  • Windrun ability of Amazon in PvP works properly now
  • Removed extra frame in the walking animation of Astral Boar
  • Fixed the bug when mines of Destroyers was destroyed right after deployment
  • Sorcerers can't longer transform mines into sheeps
  • Small visual improvement in the city. Cloud nearby Gold Mine now stand in front of it. Looks much better.
  • Fixed the bug when a warstone of toad gave a discount for SuberUberMega upgrade
  • Fixed the bug when placing the game on pause didn't pause a star achievement with a timer.
  • Colored and grey icons of Valkyrie were synchronized
  • Paths in the Map of Adventures were moved to proper place
  • Fixed a font of title of Caravan building
  • Fixed the bug in Two Mountains mission when player couldn't place new towers after destroying default ones
  • Time is shown with fractional quantities in ability descriptions
  • Fixed a wrong number in Gold Chains skill description
  • Fixed a visual bug with grass in The Forest Of Gloom mission
  • Fixed the bug when timer on skull icon didn't work in PvP missions
  • Fixed a star achievement for The Dwarven Shooting Range

Major Update! Version 2.02 is available!



[h2]Co-op improvements[/h2]
First of all, we finally found and fixed the nasty bug which made the game stuck in end of win/lose of all co-op missions. It wasn't easy, really. Our programmer spent several days on this task.

We added the last co-op map in Warstone universe. It is Double Spiral mission. It is the biggest map in Warstone, contains 2 roads and a lot of space for stone placement. An Idea of spirals should motivate teammates to communicate better if they want to pass this mission. For now, we added only story mode of this map. Harder version comes later and they will be nearly insane.

There were an annoying bug with numbers of rewards for co-op missions. There were displayed wrong in several places. We made some changes in the code. It should show right numbers everywhere now.

  • Achievements in co-op mission are shown for both players if at least 1 player didn't have it
  • Green potions in co-op missions give proper values now. It was halved in co-op missions
  • Counter of online player and current games works properly now
  • Countdown timer in arena was improved
  • Fixed the bug when the game didn't show passed missions in arena if they were passed without achievement
  • Fixed the bug when player should click 2 times on reward button to close reward window
  • Hell Boars in Sold School Map Survival (85 wave) are killable now
  • Small fixes of button status in Map creation and Map created menus
  • Fixed the small bug when name of player in co-op could changed on single_player




[h2]Visual improvements[/h2]
  • Visuals of Meteor spell look much better now, especially in Astral missions
  • Lost Soul troll carries crystal swords now in both forms. Also, we added visual effect when it changes form
  • Gases after death of Freak enemy exist full duration
  • Wonder Beetle ability animation improvements
  • Added new visual effect for Poison Cloud (appears after death of Big Beetle)
  • Arrow pointer of description tooltips points at right direction now

[h2]Bug fixes[/h2]
  • Midas Touch spell fix. It killed Astral Soarer, Crystal Soarer, Astral Wolf, Elemental Spirit, Elemental Warrior, Lost Soul enemies visually, but they were still alive but invisible and could took life.
  • Numbers of damage in description of scrolls show real numbers now
  • Fixed the bug when summoned Scorch Elemental (Nechai ability) didn't used player's skill (like damage bonuses and etc)
  • Fixed the bug when Scully mob summoned from Scullhead didn't use Astral Curse ability
  • Added visual effect (small black cloud) for Destroyer attack
  • Improvements of resetting one skill option
  • Increased text field in Construction menu
  • Fixed the bug when first summoned units could get gold abilities for free
  • We returned missing scenario/tutorial for all DLC missions
  • Fixed the bug when some spells remained in spellbook even after skill reset
  • Fixed the bug when Scorch Elementals didn't used Avatar abilities at certain maps
  • Beetle and Astral Soarer mobs are more easily targetable with spell cursor

Major Update! Version 2.01 is here!



[h2]Skill points system improvements[/h2]

First of all, we added new building, Nechai's Flower. It allows to buy extra SP. We set SP limit of 140 for all players. A few players duo different reasons had more than 140 SP. We manually reset their SP and reduced their amount to 133. So, all players have equal possibilities in co-op and PvP battles now.

We added an ability to reset asingle skill with right mouse button. The game was designed for 60-70 SP. It was doubled with DLC release, so sometimes it was really annoying to reset skills and choose them again. A lot of people asked for this feature. It wasn't an easy task, but we did it.

Also, we added another small feature. When you press Reset of Skills button then you reset only skills of chosen class.

Also, we added 99 level.

We hope, these changes will make Warstone more pleasant game.



[h2]Another changes and improvements[/h2]
  • Added Survival mode for Awakening and Death Trap missions and Challenge mode for Crystal Swirls
  • Enemies in Awakening and Secret mission of Hell difficulty now have 200% of basic health instead of 300%. So, you can complete them now (they were kinda unbeatable)
  • Players who passed The End of Story mission got an ability to build Castle V
  • Info of incoming waves is divided for different roads now. It helps to plan better strategy
  • We added sounds for all DLC buildings. Sounds for battle part of DLC come a bit later.
  • Players can see what missions they have already passed in Create Mission menu of Arena
  • End of Story mission (8th DLC mission) can be passed usual way since a lot players just don't read texts and complain about "the game doesn't finish"
  • Restart button in co-op and PvP games is hidden now. Pressing that button broke the game
  • Encyclopedia gets Hell button setting
  • Menu music is disabled if music is turned off
  • Death Ray of Plasma Elementals deal Pure damage. It is not reduced by magic resistance now




[h2]Bug fixes[/h2]
  • Totem should work properly now and give mithril to player. It didn't work when player used local server
  • Look of Crying Rushana building was improved.
  • Enemies in Maze levels walk properly now without twitching
  • Fixed the bug when parchment of Lightning scroll gave Fireball scrolls
  • Fixed the bug when PvP wave didn't end when a mine was placed on the road
  • Crystal and Astral Soarers in PvP are flying units now (were ground)
  • Fixed the bug when selling indicator was shown at incorrect place when player had screen resolution
  • First summoned PvP unit had wrong abilities in PvP battles. Fixed
  • Fixed the bug when players couldn't change difficulty in arena after being in Skills menu
  • Fixed the bug with selling tower which stands on Eagle warstone
  • Price of Sorcerers was too low. Fixed
  • Fixed the bug when flying comets could went through an island
  • Animation of covering under a shield for Nechai Skeleton and Skeleton was fixed
  • Added missing description for Plasma Elemental upgrades
  • Start and entry point in Death Trap mission was confused
  • Nechai Skeleton can't be killed with Midas Touch now
