[Maintenance] Regular Maintenance November 13th 2019

Dear Players,

We will perform our weekly maintenance as follows:

• Global 9:00 UTC ~ 13:00 UTC
  
• Central (EU) 10:00 CEST ~ 14:00 CEST
  
• West Coast (NA) 1:00 PST ~ 5:00 PST
  
• East Coast (NA) 4:00 EST ~ 8:00 EST
  

• Deve's Encyclopedia will be added.
  
• New gear for Epheria Carrack will be added. You will be able to purchase them from NPC Ravinia's Great Sea Shop.
  
• AP of monsters at the Kratuga Ancient Ruins will be lowered.
  
• Season of Giving event will start.
  
• The cooldown for the following recurring quests will be changed from character to family-based. Due to this change, if you have these quests in progress they will be automatically forfeited during the November 13 maintenance and you will need to reaccept the quests from their quest acceptance NPCs.
