Despite the difficulties we've encountered when trying to execute the entire plan we had made at the beginning of this year, we've been continuously trying to communicate with our adventurers. While we were unable to meet you in the real world, it was a great opportunity for us to meet you online through Calphe:ON Ball and Heidel Ball: AT HOME.

We would like to thank you for giving your love to our Black Desert Online in these difficult times and we hope to be able to see your faces and hear your voices next year in person.

5. Check your mailbox for the item
