Upate 1.7 - Now Live on the Test server

Update 1.7 is now live on the test servers featuring:

Reconnect support feature
Loadout presets
New long ammo Rifle - Bethier Mle 92
Improvements made to DeSalle
Compound reworks/level changes for Stillwater Bayou and Lawson Delta
3 new traits and rework of some existing traits
