The Closed Beta: Stress Test is live!
Over the next few days, we’ll start letting players in on a rolling basis. Keep your eyes on your inboxes for your invite! And if you haven’t signed up, there’s still time to get in to this (and future) Betas by requesting access on Steam!

[h2]KNOWN ISSUES [/h2]
This is an in-development build of Relic Hunters Legend, so you may encounter some issues while you play. Below are some of the known issues you may encounter:
[h3]Critical known issues: [/h3]
  • Occasional severe FPS drops during Coldstone Peaks mission 

  • [Multiplayer] Players won’t receive experience points for Special Missions if they don’t have them unlocked 

  • A game crash occurs when Iron Will's Life threshold triggers while Short Fuse is unlocked 

  • Some Legendary Weapons appear as both Primary and Secondary weapons

  • Player only receives half of their rewards after ranking up in Rebel Rank

[h3]Major known issues:[/h3]

  • Pinkyy's primer skill (Leap) does not activate combos 

  • Ducan Fanatic's shield blocks Beam weapons from hitting other enemies 

  • Auto-aim does not target the closest enemies 

  • Chat doesn't minimize when the player opens it during missions; 

  • When inviting a 5th player, placeholder text pops up saying the party is full 

  • Seven's Resonance skill heals enemies 

  • The weapon Strider has no sound effects 

  • Gear and weapons sometimes lose level upgrades when leaving the Character Menu 

  • The game sometimes crashes when exiting 

  • The gear score bar does not display the correct gear score rank after transitioning to any location

REPORTING BUGS

In-Game Bug Reporter

If you encounter any issues while playing, there’s a handy built-in bug-reporting tool!
To access it, hit F3 on your keyboard. This will automatically take a screenshot and attach it to your report, so our team knows where the issue happened.



Next, fill out the Description text box with:
  • What you were doing when the issue arose
  • What the issue (bug) was
  • Where you found it

For instance, if the audio suddenly cut out while playing in the Galyno Canyon stage, you could hit F3 and write:

While playing in the Galyno Canyon stage with my party, the sound of the weapons disappeared right after I switched weapons and didn’t come back”.

Please feel free to report any bugs you encounter, no matter how simple they may seem. Each bug report is valuable information for our team and helps us make Relic Hunters Legend even better!

Reporting on Discord
[/h3]
While the in-game reporter is the best way to report issues, if you are having persistent problems and need help you can also report bugs in the Discord #bug-report channel. You can also always browse the #known-issues channel for common problems and solutions.
For all reports in Discord, please tag the issue with one of the following categories:
    Critical: Any bug or issue that prevents you from accessing a core gameplay feature.
    • Examples: A specific skill doesn’t work, UI doesn’t display, consistent crashes from an activity.
    Blocker: Any issue that prevents you from progressing through the game or leveling up.
    • Examples: XP not increasing, Getting repeatedly kicked out of a mission.
    Major: Anything that affects gameplay but does not break the feature entirely.
    • Example: A skill has a wrong buff/debuff value; Some weapons have no firing sound.
    Minor: Issues that do not affect gameplay.
    • Example: Clipping issues, Typos, Visual Bugs.


Let the team know: what happened, how it happened, where it happened, and whether it was a one-off or consistent issue (i.e. does it always happen this same way in this same place?).

Our support staff will then do their best to help you (and others) who are having issues playing.
