Jan 14 Weekly Update

Hi UNDYING fans,

For this week’s update, some bug fixes and an important Survival Mode change!

- Survival Mode will now unlock after surviving in Story Mode for 10 Days. You no longer need to beat Story Mode to unlock this feature.
- Fixed an issue where couch time with Cody did not increase intimacy value correctly.
- Fixed an issue where the additional effect “Special Curative Effect” was working abnormally.
- Fixed an issue where the symptom “Behavior Disorder” was working abnormally.
- Fixed an issue where the cooking bench could not make food even if some ingredients were at 100%, after the Cook Efficiency Upgrade.
- Fixed a bug that caused crows and rabbits to respawn multiple times under certain circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where water bottles that could not be loaded into your backpack would appear in places where they couldn’t be picked up at the Harbor factory.

Jan 07 Weekly Update


1. In Survival Mode, you have three chances to revert to the most recent morning, instead of a permanent loss of your progression!
2. We will keep re-balancing this but for now in the newest update, you won’t see the HP and the Attack Points grow unlimitedly over time. Now they are all capped at x5 of their base number.
3. Herb production has been rebalanced, both by planting and in the forest
4. In Survival Mode, Anling will have a new Decline every time she has 3 active Symptoms. The number was 5 previously.
5. In Survival Mode, the forced game over now happens when Anling has had 8 Declines in total. The number was 10 previously.
6. Now, you don’t have to re-investigate an open Storage Spot, even after the location is reloaded.
7. Polished cat animations.
8. When the Symptom Aphasia is activated, now you can’t pick up a readable item at all. (Before the update, you could pick them up but you couldn't read them)

Bug fixes:
1. Removed some “invisible walls” so that the zombies can correctly find the player characters.
2. Fixed a bug that caused the Symptom 'Blood Craving' to be activated wrongly.
3. Fixed a bug that when you canceled 'cooking' at home, the freshness of the food materials was reset to 100%, in the fridge and the storage box.

Dec 30 Weekly Update

1. Added 8 new achievements for everyone to unlock!
2. Fixed a problem that may result in not being able to collect the Cat Carrier after finding the Cat Owner. Kitty craved freedom.
3. Fixed some problems that can cause the player or zombies to freeze after being caught by the special "Grapple Zombies".
4. Fixed a problem where Anling still attracts zombies when various symptoms or effects are triggered even though they should not be attracted. Zombies gonna Zomb.
5. Fixed some problems that Anling or Cody can get items through the wall.
6. Fixed the problem that some performances were triggered before the Beach motel room 3 could not be used as a temporary residence

December 27th Update Notes

In this update, we fixed some rare but also very important issues:

1. Fixed an issue that Anling's idle animations could play wrongly, after and a special plot was triggered at home

2. Fixed that after a new save slot is built in survival mode, the progress of Beach Motel missions and exploration may not match the actual saved data, and the game may freeze

3. Fixed a problem that sometimes the characters floating in the air in Beach Motel

4. Fixed an issue where Cody could forcibly move with you, through the "Let's Go" command, even if he was not comforted after he ran away from home and was found.

5. Fixed an issue that could cause the character model to disappear when Cody leaves home but still trying to join a plot with Mom at home

6. Fixed an issue that in some player save files, when Cody is running away from home, he can still appear at home in certain Anling + Cody plot performance.
