Possible FPS Slowdown Cause

I was fucking around a little while drunk and listening to Parliament, and I think I know the cause of the slowdowns. Does it happen after you kill a few enemies on the same map? Give me a couple days and it will be fixed. Trying to get drunk and laid first (at least one will happen).
