New Warlordocracy Demo

Added another 2 maps to the Warlordocracy Demo: Lurkwood Heights and Bandit Camp. There are snakes and ungodly A-sexual slimes that don't worship Jesus or reproduce sexually like GOD intended. I believe the GUI is... finished?

Still not ready to publish the Steam page, so that's gonna be the next demo in a couple weeks. Because really I haven't tested this shit through yet and I wanna go out and eat some French toast. Or as they call it in France: toast.

Version 8.8

Greatly improved Spanish translation for the NIGHTMARE DLC (separate story file), thanks to someone on Twitter (credits TXT). I also took some advice from some Steam users and added an option to temporarily hide the HUD in the Settings menu in case you wanna take screenshots, as well as a 0/10 mouse speed option if you want to look around slooooooow.

I'm gonna launch the Steam page for the Warlordocracy demo within a week also.

Working on Spanish Translation and New Warlordocracy Demo

EDIT: First version of BRIGAND - NIGHTMARE (ES) uploaded.

I'm gonna make an update soon for the NIGHTMARE DLC with a whole Spanglish story translation, because fuck you, you have to pay an additional $1.99 to get the Spanglish translation. And also the translation is gonna take a long time and a lot of work that I have to pay people for. So I'm just gonna start with the NIGHTMARE DLC.

Also, new demo for Warlordocracy as soon as I have the shit worked out for importing parties from separate stories in that game. Should be about a month. Eventually it will be good enough to put on Steam.

Version 8.7, Screw It

I got a complaint in the comments section about the game running slower, and then I watched a Twitch video for the Panama DLC that was running slowly. It doesn't happen on my old-ass laptop which I bought used for $100 and has a Thai keyboard. But there was something wrong.

I recently re-compiled all the EXEs on my new laptop hoping to fix the situation where the game goes to windowed mode while loading maps. Forgot to then patch the new EXEs with the 4GB patch program.

Let me know if it helps with performance. I think it does help slightly on my old laptop. Thanks.

New Warlordocracy demo will be up on Itch.io in about a week (Sept. 5).

Version 8.6C + Future Plans

I think compiling on a different computer fixed the problem where the game would occasionally go into windowed mode while loading a map. Also fixed a few minor script bugs thanks to reports. I dare anyone to find another script bug.

New Brigand prequel set in the Republic of Texas soon from a user (you probably know who), no set date yet. This person will then carry on the Brigand engine while I keep going with my 2D strategy engine, Warlordocracy.



Warlordocracy will be equally as modable as Brigand, and it will also allow you to import your entire party and list of reputations from one story to another. It will be set up more like the original Neverwinter Nights campaign, each chapter being a separate story that gets unlocked. This way if you want to start a new character, you can choose any chapter you want and you don't have to play through the same opening over and over.
