Unity changed the way you compile a project and some settings got messed up. I'm sending a new version out within the hour.

Because 4 days of downtime went by, I'll drop you guys 40 triderium within the next few weeks, and then future users weeks after that don't get it. This compensates you for downtime some. Triderium helps you build and rush stuff. There is more on the virt good store to support the game. It makes our competitors to all other space MMOS come out sooner.

bug fixes, angle your ship down a little starting zone to see base(let me know if you like this or want it reverted), virt good store more easily navigable.

Remember after buying virt goods, Close client and reload client to refresh it.

We have no kickstarter, so virt good purchases help us develop this game more rapidly and fuller (We end up buying superior art assets and stuff).

Next up:
1) I'm getting my Starforgers a new version of Starforge. They may be able to get the MMO compiling standalone! And definitely will make superior levels.

2) Ship power bar indicators will be shown when selected, or researched or bought.

This is getting awesome. I hope you guys are pumped too. This could be the best MMO in the world, for we designed for end game content first, and have action oriented MMO and not just spreadsheets.

Virtual Goods are here. Treat it like crowdsourcing for now.

So...

As it stands, I cannot compile my client to standalone due to some sort of UNITY technical difficulty. I have a fully functional MMO engine with multithreaded cores aka 10-1000 x as many things rendered as video games you're used to. Yet, I can't make a client patch yet.

I did make a server patch tho! It allows for you guys to buy virt goods if you want. I'm not gonna poor mouth you, but I will say I use money I get on Starfighter General to invest in Starfighter General for a better product. I never did a crowd sourcing. I never got funding. This is a one man MMO, and resources coming in help develop the game faster.

And not just Starfighter General!

You accelerate the future development of:

1) Fighter Fantasy Crystal, a MMO my white whale since 2003 of Kungfu, make your own moves. I've had prototypes before and they were cool. I want to make this in parallel with Starfighter General as soon as we get world editing and a universe being built out.

2) World War 2 & 1/2 : I know more about RTS than anyone I ever met or any known game designers, likely more than anyone on Earth now. I'm gonna make a physics based RTS with core balance mechanics in the best of RTS. Yet wacky things can happen in a physics based RTS. Like you could strap researched rockets to a motorcycle and hit a ramp, then take out an airship by collision and strange stuff like that. The faster Jeeps go, the more damage they do when they hit stuff... etc, phyics based RTS, designed for the reaction crowd and extreme hardcore RTS fans.

3) After Juilet: Started 2 years ago, I wanted to give 5 years of development of ideas of the ultimate Castlevania game. You are Romeo in the Underworld and you are still after Juleit. Health/food/light/sanity are your bars. LOOOOTS of cool stuff already in this one.

Unity's Editor has problems compiling a standalone

So despite being able to get a working version finished, UNITY has a bug in the alpha version that will not let me build a standalone... This may take some time. We'll keep pushing content through, but this is a speed bump.

Since the MMO part can't launch like I wanted it last week, I'll provide an update to your base building early next week. I think I'll show power levels of ships so you know what to research, build, etc. I will also add virtual goods. Look for this update Wednesday or before.

News of upcoming MMO

The Galaxy Explore MMO code I believe is functional now. Unity is not allowing a standalone Windows version being built now because of a bug in the bleeding edge alpha Unity, but that is fine. In under a few weeks it should allow me to publish the MMO. Until then I am just making it better and better. Looks like we have three worldbuilders on board not including myself.
