Introducing the Lord’s Vanguard
An all-new World Boss, Lord Malakrogg, is coming soon to Bit Heroes Quest! Previously, we took a look at what makes this World Boss unique and the awesome new gear it is introducing to the game. This time, we’ll be learning more about the well-equipped and well-trained members of the Lord’s Vanguard. This small, but elite, fighting force has invaded Silverstone City on Malakrogg’s orders to unleash a harmful mutating gas on its citizens.
New Rare Fusions
Assisting the Lord’s Vanguard are two new Rare Fusions, Toolbon and Dexteriuz.

Toolbons are friendly little fellows that just want to keep their friends in the Lord’s Vanguard in fighting shape. They aren’t much of a warrior on their own, but they have figured out that “hurting” is a lot like healing if you just take the time to do everything wrong.

Dexteriuz are solitary individuals by design. They were built by Lord Malakrogg to hunt down and harvest the most interesting mutations while the Lord’s Vanguard assaults Silverstone City. All reports seem to suggest that Dexteriuz actually prefer this isolation. When they aren’t gathering new mutations that Lord Malakrogg can use to further his evolution, they can be seen partaking in various hobbies such as papercrafts, gardening, and very awkward attempts at knitting.
New Epic Fusions
Three new Epic Fusions, Warhead, Emperor Freudrich, and Dr. Walker, form the backbone of Lord Malakrogg’s surprise attack on Silverstone City.

Warhead is a one-man wrecking crew whose primary objective is to bring as much chaos and panic to Silverstone City as possible. There is a method to this madness however. Red bricks get targeted first, because Red tastes horribly, while Green bricks get a pass because they’ve only ever had nice things to say about him. While many of his peers wear special headgear to protect themselves from the mutating gas, Warhead has calculated that would require him to reduce his missile capacity by 8% which he has concluded is not worth the risk of breathing, “a little Yellow air.”

Emperor Freudrich is a living legend from long-ago Bolvin lore. He is infamous for bringing Bolvin society the closest it has ever been to war hundreds of years ago. He has been resurrected through the use of Pale Yolk by the same secretive scientists that were discovered to be experimenting on the Chicken Tribes of Big Claw. Emperor has rigorously trained the Lord’s Vanguard into the elite fighting force they are today. In a textbook case of nominative determinism, Emperor Freudrich has never held the title of emperor; it simply happens to be his given name. A lifetime of being annoyed with this name is why he advised Lord Malakrogg to reconsider the Lord’s original alias, “Evilnone.”

Doctors Huther and Newther had long, illustrious careers before their Pale Yolk atrocities were discovered. Even B.R.E.M. had a previous life as a well-respected member of the scientific community before deciding to make himself into, well, B.R.E.M. However, no such records exist or ever seem to have existed for the one who calls himself Dr. Walker which calls into question if he even has a doctorate.
New Legendary Fusions
Malakrogg’s own royal guard is made up of his strongest creations: three Legendary Fusions who never seem to leave the Lord’s side. These Fusions will be revealed by members of our Content Creator program over the next few days.
New Mythic Fusion
Lord Malakrogg is just as much a brutal monstrosity as he is an absolute genius of mechanics and biology. Every piece of equipment or mutant augmentation that empowers his mighty Vanguard seems to have been designed and built by Malakrogg himself. Very little else is known about this tyrannical behemoth at this time. His body seems entirely made of mutations on top of further mutations and bleeds a substance uncomfortably similar to a destabilized variation of Pale Yolk. At his core there appears to be two things, an unfortunate Bolvin who seems to be the nucleus of his excessive mutations and a solid bitridium pump to fuel his massive frame. Whomever the bright Bolvin at the center of Malakrogg was, it is obvious that even they have submitted to the Lord’s will.

The all new World Boss, Project: Goodall, featuring Lord Malakrogg and his Vanguard will be coming to Bit Heroes Quest this week at server reset time on March 20th.
Project: Goodall will feature our first instance of an Ancient difficulty in addition to the usual Normal, Hard, and Heroic options. Defeating Lord Malakrogg on Ancient difficulty will earn you the Unstable Bitridium you will need to supercharge your Tier 21 Harvester into one of five elemental options, but be prepared for a cooperative challenge equivalent to a new Ancient Dungeon being added to the game.

- WRLD_EATR will be introducing Roastevelt, a furious warrior who pilots a mechanical suit designed by Lord Malakrogg and is considered by many to be the angriest Bolvin to ever live.
- bitverse_andy will be introducing Lux-0, Malakrogg’s finest mechanical marvel before his obsession with biological mutations.
- Neflarian will be introducing Octakill, Emperor’s pet project to reverse the pacification Bolvins typically experience as they increase in size.
