Introducing Seasons for Bit Heroes Quest
[p]Starting on January 29th, Bit Heroes Quest will begin its first year of Seasons.[/p][p]Seasons will be back-to-back, 28-day event periods, and for the most part, they will work like a four-week Sardinex event with a few key differences. Once one Season ends, the next one will begin right away. Over time, we intend to build upon this new foundation to improve the in-game event experience in ways that we couldn’t have previously. However, there are a few noteworthy changes from how Sardinex events have worked historically that we would like to communicate before Seasons begin.[/p]
[/p][p]*These images are from an early test build. The final results may look different.[/p][p][/p][p]Additionally, Seasons will mean a major change for the Daily Rewards login calendar. Currently, players earn rewards once per day by logging in. These rewards follow the same 30-day pattern each time, and then they reset back to Day 1. Seasons will replace this with a new calendar tied to the Season itself. You will progress through this calendar by logging in once a day, just like the current Daily Rewards calendar.[/p]
[/p][p]Ultimately, Seasons are meant to make events a larger and more enjoyable experience for early-game, mid-game, and late-game players alike. We look forward to sharing more about Seasons as they develop throughout 2026. In the meantime, if you have any questions or feedback regarding these initial changes, please let us know via our official Discord.
And as always, thank you for your continued dedication to Bit Heroes Quest![/p]
- [p]Daily Bonuses will no longer be doubled – This has been a fun way to make event periods feel special, but this bonus will need to be removed since Seasons will be running all year long. These doubled bonuses may return in a different form someday in the future, but won’t be a part of this new approach to Sardinex events[/p]
- [p]Weekly Rotation will no longer receive additional discounts – Discounts on Weekly Rotation items and other offers from the Shop might also return in the future, but they will not be a part of Seasons for the same reason as Doubled Daily Bonuses.[/p]
- [p]Ancient Dungeons (d4s) will give the same rewards as normal dungeons – Ancient Dungeons, more commonly known as d4s, were designed to be one-off, uber-challenges, and were never intended to be content for farming. However, they have been the go-to content for farming Sardinex’s event currency since these dungeons contain three bosses for three times the drops. Rewards will be re-worked so that only one boss’s worth of currency drops from running Ancient Dungeons, and will be slightly buffed across all modes to compensate for the change to this popular farming technique.[/p]
- [p]Sardinex will no longer stay an extra day – Since Seasons mean back-to-back events, all-year long, Sardinex won’t have time between events to exchange your leftover event currency. Instead, we will be introducing arrows to Sardinex’s shop that will allow you to still exchange currency from the previous Season while a new Season is active.[/p]
- [p]Calendar resets at the end of a Season – This new rewards calendar will reset for everyone at the end of the Season regardless of how far you have progressed in it. This means you may miss out on later rewards whenever you can’t login for a day or more. To compensate for this, the total value of rewards provided by a Season’s calendar will be much higher than the total value of the current rewards. Even if you miss out on a few days each Season, you should still end up earning much more from this new calendar.[/p]
- [p]Season Rewards calendar will be 28 days long – To remain in sync with the rotation of Seasons, the new calendar has been reduced from 30 days to 28 days. This is another reason that the total value of this new calendar is higher than the previous version.[/p]
- [p]Earn an Odagor every week – The most coveted item of the current calendar is by far the Bitgor you receive at the end after 30 days of logging in. Instead of saving the best for last and punishing players who miss logging in for even a single day, we’ll be adding an Odagor every 7 days for more chances to earn a free boost.[/p]
And as always, thank you for your continued dedication to Bit Heroes Quest![/p]
