LOGistICAL 3: Earth Updates
There are lots of small fixes this week as well as a few bigger ones.

[h2]Ocean Floaties update[/h2]
The complicated process of getting those empty trucks with ocean floaties to other countries is now over.
You can now drag an empty truck with Ocean Floaties anywhere on the map without having to go to the completed ports first. The route finder will find the closest completed ports on each side and sail your truck over the oceans.
You can even see your truck on a back of a ship now.
Due to the logic of the navigator, completed ports that were on the other side of a string of incomplete ports on the single shipping lane were inaccessible.
I have now made each of these accessible by not having the ship completely dock on the way past.
I think I have found them all, but if you can't get your ship/floaties to port, zoom in and take a look and let me know so I can take a look.

[h2]Highscore Table[/h2]
Completion of towns in Zen mode now contribute to the Highscore table. They don't give you a score, but they do give you count.
There were a few issues with the high score table this week(s). It hasn't scaled as well as it could with all the new players getting lots of businesses.
Looks like I have ironed those issues out now, so hopefully in for smooth sailing for a while (ever).
Another issue with the high score table was that it wasn't always getting your latest steam name if it changed. That has now been updated, but you may find it takes about 1/2 an hour to update.
[h2]LOGistICAL 3: Vaccine update[/h2]
There was an issue accessing a last town in Vaccine. It must have been a new bug as some players had already completed it. West Kalimantan road fix.
So if you are one town away from completing Vaccine, jump back in and get that final town.
Steam Achievements will be coming soon for Vaccine.

- LE/Vaccine: Removal of road between Manatuto (Timor-Leste) with Gauteng (South Africa)
- Zen mode to highscore server. Both businesses and towns are tagged as 'zen'
- Zen towns have zero score and zero efficiency so they don't complete with players on standard mode.
- Fix high scores for new regions without any scores.
- Created port bypasses for completed ones that are past a non-complete one.
- Fixed a crash when delivering with planes from the current airport.
- Fixed issue with high score server. Hopefully it will stay up all the time now.
- Fixed issue with some completed towns not going to highscore server (mostly zen ones)
- Portuguese is now "human" translated. Resources and Industries for this build. Thanks @LopeszTiago
- More translation updates for other languages. Thanks to all the translators.
- A bunch of hammer ( :hammer: ) fixes. If you see this below a bug report on the Discord you have entered, then is should now be fixed.
- Fix access to Norfolk island. A point in the ocean that was a broken sea route wasn't allowing trucks with ocean floaties to pass causing them to bypass right around Australia.
- Single Stores created in Airports/Airfields of the same resource type as a requirement for the business, gets priority over the business. Priority now goes back to the business requirement once the single store is full.
- Trying to fill a vehicle with a resource that is empty will tag the truck with that resource type. If you move to another resource, it will think that it still has the original resource. Now if truck is empty, it will clear the resource and allow the truck to fill.
- Fixed a disconnected business in Hawaii
- Fixed rail access from the depot in Cuba
- Fixed two Dominica business that were incorrectly tagged
