Server Lag Hotfix

Greetings Overseers,

We've patched our servers to deal with the lag issues, and some save file issues that occurred around server reset time. Servers will be down to patch for about 20 min, and then should be back up.

This patch should also make Hosted matches run much faster for the Host.
