New Features:
Swords, Maces, Scythes, and Staves can now
use Greatsword's raise weapon.
Created alternate first interaction with a
Southern Katis NPC. (requires a plot point
and at least 20 charisma)
Balancing:
Increased Ikemos stats by 25%. (health
received 50%)
Renamed Ikemos to Psuedo Ikemos.
Misc:
Better organized calculate event.
Improved crime calcuation formula.
