New Features:
Created alternate chapter 1 scene involving
Jahan at the broken Katis Bridge. (violet must
be earth or metal)
Balanced:
Reduced production speed of AP building by
97.5%.
Reduced production speed of Talent building
and CF building by 95%.
Increased growth cost rate to AP building
from 1.25 to 1.3.
Increased growth cost rate to talent building
from 1.5 to 2.0.
Increased growth cost rate to CF building
from 2.0 to 2.5.
Misc:
Fixed variable issue inside of talent building.
(was decreasing CF building's level speed
instead of its own)
