v4.2.3 Misc
New Features:
Last level partially in.
New super boss added. (after killing poet of paint, talk to
the cat in southern katis)
Expanded victory dialogues.
Balancing:
Doubled spell haste to all endgame enemies.
25% spell haste to all midgame enemies.
Improved stat balance to various enemies.
20% stats and rewards to Eastern Basin enemies.
6 tech instead of 5 is now needed for access to Golem Dungeon.
Misc:
Sealed off Frozen Ocean.
Split The Edge into two maps, drastically reducing its lag.
Fixed some random pathing issues.
Reduced seizure inducing light in prologue.
Shortened a few books.
Improved Psuedo Hell graphics.
