Added slightly more charisma and knowledge based dialogue.
Second custom building now shows up one town level earlier.
Mansion in Yamen Farm can now be entered.
Balancing:
Lowered weight of health for status protection by 25%.
Redesigned escape formula. (odds are now closer to 50% with
agility having less effect)
Misc:
Fixed potential game breaking bug outside of Red Temple.
Fixed a rare exiting bug inside of a ghost town building.
Fixed a pathing issue in PoB 20.
