New Features:
Cosmic Color is now in. (entrance can sometimes
show up when defeating a boss inside of the
Infinite Hotel) (progress in cosmic color
carries over into NG+)
Increased all stat limits by a factor of 10.
Added 9 new enemies. (one is a tier above
Epitaph, and another is a tier above that)
Hotel observers are now able to be distracted
by clutter.
Violet's knowledge level now affects
environmental realism gained. (level 10
doubles, level 50 triples, and level 100
quadruples)
Realism shards can now be used to create
Condensed Reality. (condensed reality is used
to create tier 4 and 5 omega weapons) (the
blacksmith that crafts these weapons can only
be found in the infinite hotel or cosmic color)
Created new music for area South of Undead
Castle.
11 books added.

Balancing:
NG+ is now -99% to all stats instead of -90%.
NG+ is now x500 exp instead of x100.
Previous saves on NG+ received 15 talents
for each playthrough completed up to 45.
Each NG+ now reduces Cosmic Fatigue by 1.
(cosmic fatigue is a severe stat debuff that
is experienced inside of cosmic color)
Lowered health of most early game enemies by
5-10%.
Buffed Stone Dog, King Toad, and Crystal Reaper
by 5-10%.
Tool and equipment costs are now cubed instead
of squared.
Shipbuilding tool cost is now divided by store
level and engineering level.
Shipbuilding tools now increase shipbuilding
construction rate by an additive 50%. (was 25%)
Wet now secretly lowers dexterity by 5%. (was
10%)
Wet now secretly lowers stagger and knockdown
resistance by 10%. (was 25%)
Wet now secretly lowers fire damage taken
by 10%.(was 25%)
Wet now makes one immune to all 3 tiers of
aridity.
Doubled base luck modifier to bombs.
Bomb's luck modifier now scales 1.5 per tier
instead of 2.0.
Reduced base bomb damage by 20%.
Redesigned Confusion and Mass Confusion to
Attunement and Mass Attunement. (+50% spirit
for 3 turns and gives environmental information
on temperature, humidity, clutter, and realism)
(attunement also halves psychic damage taken
and provides immunity to confusion)
Dagger's Contemplate, bow's Aim, and sword's
Command now give environmental information on
temperature, humidity, visibility, and clutter.
Increased sword's Command from 10% to 15%.
Doubled knowledge gained by defeating current
last boss.
Realism shard cost for living bombs increased
to match that of a 2h weapon. (was 1h)
Doubled realism shard cost to single piece
candies.
Omega candies now cost Condensed Reality.
Improved equipment qualities. (only 1h swords
are complete)
Blessed also gives +10% chance to hit.
Bank Accounts over 10 million now greatly
increase crime. (formula is crime times bank
account divided by 10 million)
Increased static increase of crime at 50 million
bank account from 7 to 15.
Increased static increase of crime at 100 million
bank account from 10 to 30.
Gravity maces now grant a hidden 25% gravity
resistance.
Gravity maces now grant a hidden 10% likelyhood
to be targetted.
Increased damage reduction of totem accessories
by 5%.
Slightly reduced Fortune from 80% to 75%.
Reduced luck bonus to Smoke from 50% to 33%.
Increased evasion to Smoke from 25% to 33%.
Increased Untapped Potential's stat penalty from
10% to 12.5%.
Increased effectiveness of quality on most
weapons. (superior, artisan, etc)

Misc:
Fixed enemies graphics not being removed when
killed by a DoT. (credit to Abbock)
Fixed typo in Construction Tools that said its
benefit was 25% instead of 50%.
Fixed magic not properly scaling with multiple
thread spells. (expect more damage)
Fixed a Divine Tower scene from potentially
softlocking.
Improved graphics to RUR angel, cultists,
bug titans, snakes, bears, and lightning wolf.
Romantic talent now properly gives blessed.
Fixed certain talents from being untraversable
after obtaining.
Fixed holy swings from healing the target.
Romantic Daggers now properly use scythe
skills.
Stats are now immediately calculated after
respec.
Puncture is no longer removed from respec.
Jingoism now properly lasts 10 turns instead of
5.
Jahan quest will no longer begin unless Violet
has visited the Ghost Town.
Fixed Doctorate talent from being activated
without a talent point.
Fixed Lampless merchant from losing stock.
Fixed infinite money glitch from bank.
NG+ now properly keeps track of AP souls used.
(all previous NG+ saves received 100ap on all
characters to help compensate for any AP loss)
Fixed Divine Robes from doubling cooldown time.
Morig Leather now properly reduces cool down
time by 25%.
Cloak of Elric now properly reduces cooldown
time by 50%.
Fixed Reinz questline from being broken. (may
require a new playthrough)
Fixed Ghostroad from being played without
completing Divine Tower.
Slightly reduced menu audio.
Fixed Perfect Experiment.
