9.0.2 Hotfix

Balancing:
All enemies now receive 75% less bomb
damage when on NG+.
Enemy bases are now better fortified on
NG+.
Each NG+ now reduces mana cost by half.
Each NG+ now reduces cosmic fatigue by 2
instead of 1.

Misc:
Fixed NG+ info.
Base damage of bombs are now properly
reduced by 95% for each NG+. (was 90%)
Fixed Earth's AoE spells.
Fixed replayable scene issue in Count's Mansion.
