9.5.5 Hotfix

Balancing:
Increased enemy attack and health by 10%.
Increased enemy mana by 20%. (both of these changes
were made to offset a bug fix from last patch) (credit to
errantstar for solving that bug fix)

Misc:
Fixed acid's MP DoT.
