10.5 Morado Valley

New Features:
New sailable area south of Golem Hand.
Arcane Mines west of Lazik Hand can now
be entered.

Balancing:
Current stamina no longer affects evasion.
Spirit now prevents 20-33% more holy damage.
Redesigned formulas to Judgement and Wrathful
Judgement. (much more damage, but even more
resistance)
Doubled price of puzzle pieces from Diane.
Increased Grooty's stats by 10%.

Misc:
Fixed issue with dexterity and evasion.
Made puzzle 9 easier.
Improved loot to puzzle 9.

10.4 Infinite Grooty

New Features:
Research facility in South Central Lazik
can now be entered. (if hidden requirements
are not met, 25 charisma is required)
Dialog can now be auto skipped by holding
down CTRL.

Balancing:
Increased stats to Floor 1 and 2 bosses of
Cosmic Color by 25-50%. (excluding hp) (these
enemies didn't receive the buff last update)

Misc:
Added additional savepoints throughout
Lazik City.
Entering NG+ now properly resets Dead School
quest. (old saves with this bug will require
a completion of the current playthrough)

10.3.1 Savefile Protection

New Features:
All saves now have backups. (slot 1 gets
slot 4, slot 2 gets slot 5, and slot 3
gets slot 6)

Balancing:
Increased most end game enemy spells by 1
tier.
Increased end game enemy attack by 10-100%.
Increased stats to the final few tiers of
monsters by 25-100%. (excluding hp)
Increased Omen, Chaos Guard, and Shiva's
stats by 25-50%. (excluding hp)
Halved weight of status infliction formula.
Slightly more enemies now cast entropy
magic.

Misc:
Renamned Original Life to Frozen Tyrant.

Wooden Ocean was selected by Haunted House FearFest 2025![/p][p][/p][p]To be honest, I don't know much about this festival, except it's mostly or entirely online and accepts dark fantasy video games as a submittable genre. [/p][p][/p][p]Now, I know what you're about to say, hey Leif, who is the coolest and most murda person to ever exist in the entire universe and watches dragonball z with the altar on the regular, isn't the Ocean of the Wood NOT a horror game? I thought it was an open world insert madness game?[/p][p][/p][p]And you would be correct! Wooden Ocean is NOT a horror game! But it does have a horror aesthetic damnit! Especially in the prologue! (and also, as stated before, they accept dark fantasies) So therefore, submission![/p][p][/p][p]However, that submission was a few days late, so uhhhhhh... despite being accepted, it won't be getting much coverage during the event. Is what it is.[/p][p][/p][p]But hey, don't let my mistakes stop you from checking out the other games! Who knows, there might be a hidden gem or two. (I actually don't know, I haven't checked out any of them yet)[/p][p][/p][p]Anyways, Wooden Ocean will be 50% off during the entirety of the festival. [/p][p][/p][p]Yearly marketing complete.
