September 24 Minor changes

Feudals, during today's maintenance, we implemented the following changes:

• Lag compensation has been re-enabled in the open world. We received a significant amount of feedback regarding connection quality during the test week.
  
• The web part of the game has been updated to improve stability, optimization, and to fix several issues.
