The “Quench The Thirst with Gasoline!” event is finished!

Fighters of the “Confederation” and “Black Sunset” factions, as well as steadfast loners, set aside their old disagreements and once again united against a common enemy – the cybernetic wolf RW-01. Thanks to their combined efforts, RW-01 has been defeated!

As for the Biker, he has collected the required number of chrome bolts, and with such a surplus that it’s clearly enough for a new batch of motorcycles! Enough to last an entire year!

The “Quench The Thirst with Gasoline!” event has come to an end, and the Biker has left the area. Along with him, the chrome bolts and amulets have also disappeared.

But we’ve also made a number of improvements and changes to the game.
Changelog:
• Continued work on improving the terrain near the abandoned laboratory in the “Big Village” location.
  • In the “Foothills” location, we revised the “Radio” anomalies on the Black Sunset side: the chances of crashing into a wall at the teleport exit are now much lower, and using the radio anomalies has become more convenient, just like on the Confederation’s entry side.
  • Added warnings about dangerous zones in various locations, to make it clearer where you cannot go and why your character would be killed there.
  • Low-level players around Solnechny will now be able to find a small note about the Watchers inhabiting the MTE.
  • Pressing the “spacebar” now allows your character to surface and catch their breath when underwater.
  • Significantly reduced the waiting time for bites while fishing. Now the fish will start biting faster.
  • The clan member list can now be visible to all clan members, not just leaders and deputies. In some cases, the list may not be available immediately for new clan members. They will need to re-enter the game.

The servers are stopped for the update, so please update your game client!

“Quench The Thirst for Gasoline” Summer event!

[p]Hi there, fighters![/p][p]
The “Quench the Thirst for Gasoline” event is now live in the world of WTL! The Biker is once again roaming the outskirts and ready to trade! He’s offering his legendary moto-goods in exchange for chromed bolts valued more than gold![/p][p][/p]
Quench The Thirst for Gasoline
[p][/p][p]The fearsome mechanical beast RW-01 has once again challenged the locals! Take down RW-01 and earn valuable chromed bolts, which the Biker will gladly accept in exchange for his unique items![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]As tradition dictates, the Biker has prepared a few new items for you to trade for bolts.[/p][p][/p][p]The first new item is the “PvP Fan Biker Vest”. A touch of irony and humor is never a bad thing when it comes to showing off your personality![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Another new item is the Ride Or Die series helmet. This is a completely new helmet with enhanced armor stats:[/p][p][/p][p]• 60–120 for PvP[/p][p]• 84–168 for PvE[/p][p][/p][p]This makes the Ride Or Die helmets the most protective gear in the game, adding to their value, especially considering they don’t require faction membership! To get one, just gather the required number of bolts and trade them with the Biker. It’s that simple![/p][p][/p][p]Also, new alternate skins for both Ride Or Die and classic biker helmets are now available in the in-game store.[/p][p][/p][p]The Biker is still offering the classic red Scrambler for trade. You can also exchange bolts for the Nomad motorcycle. However, the black Ride Or Die motorcycle has been removed from the exchange, along with the classic biker helmet, which can now only be obtained by defeating the cybernetic wolf RW-01![/p][p]As before, you can earn bolts by completing quests, looting crates, and slaying monsters, but the highest number of bolts still comes from the Robo-Wolf.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Another event-themed addition to the in-game store is the “Freerider” motorcycle! The Biker put some serious work into it. Thanks to the boosted engine, reinforced frame, and upgraded suspension, this bike can now reach higher speeds and offers increased safety for the rider. Its design embodies the rebellious spirit of all those who crave the freedom of the open road and beyond.[/p][p][/p][p]
The “Quench the Thirst for Gasoline” event will run until August 13 (inclusive). After that, RW-01 will no longer appear, and bolts will no longer be found. However, the Biker will remain in the zones for a while, so everyone has time to trade their chrome bolts for goods[/p][p][/p]
Location Improvements
[p][/p][p]In this update, we’ve continued our work on improving older areas to make them more engaging and immersive. This time, we’ve enhanced the interiors of radioactive ruin buildings in Sector L11-8 of the “Big Village” location: building floors are now more distinct for easier navigation, floor number signs have been added, and some locations now have lighting and extra visual markers.[/p][p]Overall, we plan to keep developing in this direction, expanding and enriching the game world![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p]
Other Changes
• [p]RW-01’s health has been increased by 20%, but its damage output remains unchanged. The strength and ferocity of the Robowolf are intact. The reason for this change is simple: RW-01 had become too easy for veteran fighters. More health will allow more players to engage and complete the event successfully.[/p]
  • [p]RW-01 now has a 75% chance to spawn in each location, down from the previous 100%. This means it might not appear in the same predictable way players were used to, and that should be taken into account.[/p]
  • [p]The pickaxe animation has been significantly shortened and simplified, making the resource collection process much faster and more dynamic.[/p]
  • [p]The Russian voiceover has been added for the Barman’s basic dialogue in Solnechniy.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue with NPCs where they sometimes wouldn’t shoot.[/p]
  • [p]Some loot in the “Coast” location has been adjusted. In particular, some ammo boxes have been updated to contain more relevant ammo types for that location.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue when dying to certain monsters would incorrectly remove 1 bullet from the player’s inventory.[/p]
  • [p]Various minor level design issues have been corrected.[/p]

Update 0.59.10

[p][/p][p]Figthers! We’ve released Update 0.59.10, which includes performance optimizations, bug fixes, and a number of important changes.[/p][p][/p][p]One of the key updates is a revision to the reward system for faction outpost captures in the Foothills location. From now on, rewards for faction wars will be significantly reduced if no actual fighting took place. In other words, you can’t earn high rewards for a war if there wasn’t one. This change is intended to discourage the artificial “farming” of points (which may lead to a ban, by the way) and make the system fairer for those who truly participate in battles.[/p][p][/p][p]We’ve also optimized the particle effects for certain explosions, including those from the Grenadier, grenade launcher, RGD-5, and others. While fire, smoke, and shrapnel effects naturally require resources, we’ve managed to streamline their performance without compromising visual quality.[/p][p][/p][p]Other changes:[/p][p][/p]
  • [p]Fixed numerous objects with incorrect collision settings[/p]
  • [p]Improved wet ground materials during rain in certain locations[/p]
  • [p]Improved models of several NPCs[/p]
[p]The servers have been shut down for maintenance. Please update your game client.[/p]

Hotfix for update 0.59.7

Good day, fighters!

Today, we’ve released a patch for version 0.59.7. By popular demand from our hard-workers, we’ve added the ability to shoot down the bombs launched by the crabs in Adventure No. 3. We also slightly improved the positioning of one of the machine guns, added additional performance optimizations to the Adventure, and fixed various design issues across locations including the Coast.

Make sure to update your game client!

Update 0.59.7 – Adventure No. 3

Fighters!
Today we’ve released Update 0.59.7, which introduces a brand-new Adventure and includes a number of bug fixes and improvements.
Adventure No. 3
The Crab Farm on the Coast was originally intended to be a peaceful initiative… but reality, as always, had other plans. Years of unchecked NDP radiation exposure have led to a full-blown crab apocalypse: crustaceans began multiplying at an alarming rate, forming colonies and perceiving human structures as threats. Even worse, new and aggressive lifeforms have emerged among them - ones no one has seen before… and probably wished they hadn’t.

In this new Adventure, you’ll have to defend a village under siege by armies of mutated crabs. This mission is not for rookies or the faint of heart. Expect chaos, pain, and never enough bullets. Fortunately, several stationary machine guns are at your disposal, but use them wisely - battlefield chaos won’t forgive mistakes. And if all else fails… there’s always the hunting knife. At the very least, it can help you chop up a crab stick salad!

The rewards for Adventure No. 3 are similar to those from Adventure No. 1, but with key differences. This time, there’s a real chance to obtain the special AS VAL “Adventure” and the Pioneer “Adventure”—we know how much they were missed in the first Adventure. The number of basic repair kits has been increased so you can fix your weapons more often, improving your repair skill at the same time. A new clan quest for completing this Adventure has also been added, awarding PvE points. Additionally, each Adventure now has its own independent cooldown and timeout.

Other Changes

  • The location of the Adventure Master has been improved and is now more convenient for players waiting to board the handcar.
  • Fixed issues with firing animations on stationary machine guns.
  • Added a clan quest for completing “Adventure No. 3.”
  • Equipment charging mechanics have been reworked; notifications now appear during the charging process.
  • Fixed a bug where discharged equipment (such as MRP and MHP) would still display a dome upon re-entering the game.
  • Fixed several issues that were causing the game client to crash.
  • Added tips for selecting server types: useful for new players.
  • A progress indicator now appears in the quick access slot while reloading a weapon.
  • A quick disband option has been added to the PDA for groups.
  • The “Machine Oil” quest can now be canceled. This is helpful for Black Sunset players who joined the faction but didn’t complete their tasks in Solnechny.
  • A new settings option has been added: “Animation Quality” — set to “Medium” by default.
This setting affects animation smoothness when many objects are present in the frame (players, mobs, effects). Higher settings maintain smooth animations longer under load but increase system demand.
This option is especially useful during large-scale battles, such as in Adventure No. 3, where many mobs can cause performance issues on lower-end PCs.
Important: Changing this setting requires restarting the game client.
When set to “Low,” animations will be simplified and may appear choppy, but the load on your system will be reduced.
  • Updated hack codes for the “Command Core” in the “Canyon” and “Testing Grounds” locations.
  • Fixed numerous small bugs and design issues in various locations.
