POSTAL 4: No Regerts - “Rocket Powered Cats” Update [0.4.0.2]

Hi POSTAL Fans and curious onlookers!
Time for another intermittent update to give you some things to play with while we work on improving Mon-Thurs errands whilst also getting a good start on Friday’s errands.
New weapon!
In our ongoing effort to bring you more awesome and outrageous weapons - we now bring you the Rocket Launcher… but with a twist! By attaching a kitty to the end, you will be able to control the rocket's trajectory!
New UI goodies!
We all like our hands held sometimes… right? We now have a new hint system to make you feel dumb for not knowing our badly telegraphed intentions of how things should work
New side content!
It’s now possible to engage in scooter time trials, and there is a new random encounter to experience.

The POSTAL franchise is the number one ‘waiting in line’ simulator and now we’ve made sure there are plenty more lines to join! (or cut, if you want to be a total badass)

Scooter Time Trial Challenge side-errand! On Tuesday, the Dude may check out the local scooter dealer where he’ll find the proprietor has set up a time trial challenge. Anyone who rides the available scooter around the outlined course through the town in under the time limit will win a monetary reward depending on the rank earned.
