Hi Slappers,

As you know, the Slapshot 1 servers will be shut down tomorrow, exactly 2 years after its initial release.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE SLAPSHOT REBOUND SERVERS, THOSE ARE OBVIOUSLY STAYING UP.

We'll be pulling the plug at 10PM CET / 4PM ET.
I'll be livestreaming the sendoff at https://www.twitch.tv/erveon.
Will go live an hour or so before that so we have some time to properly press F.

Since we've released Rebound and all players and leagues have moved on to the new game, Slapshot 1's end of life is near like we've announced before.

We have already stopped sales of the Slappy Pass DLC so nobody confuses it for Rebound premium and purchases it by accident.
Owners of the Slappy Pass will still get a higher value package in Rebound when launching the game for the first time as a thank-you for the support.

The Slapshot 1 Steam page and multiplayer servers will be shut down on March 8th 2021, on its second anniversary.
Players that have downloaded the game before that will still be able to play the practice mode indefinitely.

Thank you for all the good times. Slapshot 1 and all of you paved the way for Slapshot: Rebound and we couldn't be happier!
