Slapshot 1.12 - The Quality of Life update

Hey everyone,

We're still working really hard on rebound, but haven't forgotten about the people that have to wait for it still.
There's a few much needed quality of life changes that Slapshot could do with, so I set aside some time to create just that.

Changes:
- Changed the menu colors to stand out more
- Added a dark ice mode (in the settings)
- Made connection errors more clear by adding the instruction to restart Steam
- Fixed bug where lower resolution screens couldn't save settings/controls (can now scroll)
- The tutorial is now mandatory for new players
- Configure highlight color for puck and stick (separately) in the settings
- Right click can now be used in keybindings such as reverse cam
- Extended face-off timer to 5 seconds to allow proper loading of the game
- Added a mercy rule setting for private games (not supported by the pug bot afaik)
- Competitive lobbies are now locked from starting games after the three periods are over
- Overtime now shows the time elapsed since overtime started instead of a countdown
- Overtime is now 'infinite' (capped to an hour instead of 5 minutes) for all games
- Fixed group chat where it didn't automatically scroll to new messages after a game
- End of a game or period is now announced in the group chat for clarity
- Changed the game's background image to a Rebound locker render
- Removed the roadmap for Slapshot 1 from the extras menu
- Fixed the link to the FAQ in the extras menu
- Added yellow dev tags to the developers on the in-game scoreboard
- Removed feet

Known bugs:
- Switching to/from dark ice in a game may not update the minimap correctly until next match
- Using right click for a bind will unlock your pointer until you restart the game

Note: Mac users will not receive this update, but can still play the game
