[New build - EXPERIMENTAL] 25w37a: Localization

[p]This build adds localization to the game. This build is pushed to the experimental branch only for now.[/p][p][/p][p]The following language are supported:[/p][p] English, French, German, Japanese, Chinese Simplified, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese.[/p][p][/p][p]Please understand that the translation have been carried using LLMs, as there is simply too much entries (4000+!) to be done manually.[/p][p][/p][p]They are pretty decent but they are sometime a bit off due to the lack of context compared to human translation.[/p][p]Ping me if you would like to help correct those manually.[/p][p][/p][p]Also some places will still lacks translation: please report anything missing or any regression (I had to change a lot of things).[/p][p][/p][p]To be done: tutorial missions.[/p][p][/p][p]Bugfixes:[/p]
