[New build - DEFAULT] 23w29d: Newcomer Improvements

Some improvements for newcomer after a recent wave of feedback.
The gas giants apparently proved deadly.

Improvements:

• Tutorial introduction message updated
  
• Tutorial step asking to open the Help center added
  
• Tutorial shipyard renamed
  
• Warning message when about to collide with the gas giant.
  
• Cannot exit ship when flying in lightcruise with no artificial gravity unit
  
• Added warning message asking player to rename their ship
  
• Added warning message every 30 min to remind player to export their ship.
  
• Help center is now also accessible from the TAB menu.
  

Bugfixes:

• Lightcruise fuel depletion triggers lightcruise fuel drop-off
  
• #5171 Ingot collision and gravity stays off even collector failed to collect them.
