[New build - EXPERIMENTAL] 24w28b: Hotfixes
Some more hotfixes.
This build contains a major tech refactoring concerning event gate, hence is being pushed to experimental first.
Tell me if you have any trouble with event gate!
This change will allows me to add more event and tweak the order in which they are presented without breaking the assignment.

#5866 Void Pearls not stacking correctly with several addons
- Void Pearl Storage addon do not draw power
#5870 Cannot spawn some ships
#5868 Issue when picking void pearl on item stand
Void Pearl adding and removing does not change the pearl order.
