[New build - DEFAULT] 25w32a: Hotfixes strike again

A lot of hotfixes and a new way to navigate quickly in the block codex.

[p]This update adds pirate factions to the game.[/p]
  • [p] Pirate factions will spawn on the outer-rim[/p]
  • [p] ~60 factions have been added, with their own decal and color scheme[/p]
  • [p] pirates blueprint will display the color scheme and decal of the faction[/p]
  • [p] new defend outpost mission: fight successive wave of pirates attacking an outpost.[/p]
  • [p] fighting and liberating sectors will increase your score against particular pirate factions, leading to more reinforcements being send at you.[/p]
