Frozen Flame | WE REFUNDED YOUR SERVER PAYMENTS!

We can’t stop sharing news with you today. Our launch was rocky and we know about it. We already provided you with an option to host your own servers on Windows and Linux, but we want to push it even further - we will cover your server rent!

Yes, we have started refunding your server rent. You will receive your funds back to your payment method, and you could still use the server you purchased for free. You are eligible for a refund if:
  1. You rent the server before the 17th of November, 7:20 PM CET;
  2. You have paid using PayPal or Visa/MasterCard

If you deposited funds beforehand and used them (fully or partially) to rent the server, then you are not eligible for a refund.
If you have used WeChat or some other payment method, then you can ask for a time extension for your server - just contact GPortal.

There will be also a 50% discount for one month of server rent on GPortal. This offer will last until Monday. You can get it by following this link.
And we won’t stop there! During Cyberweek on GPortal, which will last from 21.11.22 to 28.11.22, 9 AM CET, there will be another 50% discount for one-month server rent, without the need for a link. So you will have 9 days to get a 50% discount.

That sums it up for this update. We appreciate everyone’s feedback about the game and the server situation. We wouldn’t be here without our community and we hope that you will continue to be patient with us as we work to repair this

Frozen Flame | Dedicated Servers for Linux and Windows

Small update for you, pilgrims!

At 12 PM Pacific Time we will update the game to add an option for dedicated servers. After this update, you will be able to host your own servers on Windows and Linux.

With this small update we want to address one thing: servers🔥

Today with received a lot of feedback about the game. And we want to thank you for it - without it, we won’t be able to improve and expand our game. With this small update, we want to address one thing: servers🔥

Currently, there are only top options available for players - either Local Play with up to 4 people or Private Server with up to 10 people. And it is clear that those options aren’t enough. This is why we are currently working on an additional option - to set up your own servers on the local machine. This option will become available really soon, first - for Linux, and later - for Windows. As soon as they are ready we will update the game and you will be able to host your own servers.

Online problems of "Frozen Flame"

Hello everyone

After we launched Early Access for Frozen Flame, we received a lot of feedback regarding current issues in the game.

Some problems, among which the issues with the servers are the most important ones, affected everyone’s experience. So we discussed it with the development team to find the solution to those problems. Here is a short write-up of our discussion:

1. We have noticed that there are a lot of disconnects in Local Play. Development team is currently investigating this issue and made fixing it one of the top priorities.
2. In order to play on the private server with up to 10 people currently you have to go through a lot: cumbersome renting process, high fees, insane delays. This makes it hard for everyone to play and enjoy the game. We should also note that fee to rent server isn’t decided by us don’t charge it, but by the service provider. We are currently looking into possible solutions to give players an option to create their own servers in the next versions.

We deeply apologize for the bad experience on the launch and we want to assure you that we are working hard to fix the issues. We are focusing on bringing a better experience to you as soon as possible.
