Small QoL & Bug Fix Patch

We're deploying a small patch that fixes a few bugs and also cracks down on cheats. All servers and players will need to update to the latest version of the game.
[h3]Admin[/h3]
+Admin: ForceSicknessState console command now requires the GrowEntity permission, rather than developer permission
+The game will now forcibly crash if -log is used as a launch parameter
[h3]QoL[/h3]
+When walking in deep snow on Temporal Drift, muffled, snowy footstep sounds now play
[h3]Optimization[/h3]
+The optimization of the foliage on Temporal Drift has been improved
+The large ice sheet on Temporal Drift is now tiled and only parts near the player render at their highest level of detail
+Improved ice material optimization on Temporal Drift
[h3]Bug Fixes[/h3]
+Fixed: Charcoal is now reliably interactable
+Fixed: Additional method where players could deliberately crash a server under certain circumstances
+Fixed: Client mass crash related to Tendon Tear being applied to creatures that have stacking buffs like Palaeophis and Carcharodontosaurus. When this crash occurred, every client within net-relevance range would have their game crash.
+Fixed: Teleports now reliably work correctly when entering them while in the walking state on Isla Titania or other tiled maps

+Updated localization texts for French, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, & Ukrainian
