Patch Merging Part 8.03

Welcome, members of the Accord!
In this patch we are fixing a lot of issues reported by our community, we are also starting to slowly implementing Quality of Life changes, one of which is the Immersive UI disable button.
In-case someone wants to remove special effects from handheld items or intractable screens such as MMC or CCC, now it is possible to do so in the main menu > options > Game & UI.

For the moment, this system affects all of the intractable items in the game, but there are a few none intractable objects that will be added to the list at a later date.

◈ Text on some of the signs was too big, creating a visual bug.
◈ If a player is force removed from RTS mode by leaving the build area, while video enhancement was on, it won't remove the effect.
◈ Fixed small objects like rocks floating near Givinx.
◈ Putted few offset items to the correct location.
◈ Fixed minor spelling error.
◈ Fractal system on items that were moved between the storage units was not respected by the game.
◈ Gorecoil had a wrong name text, when hit.
◈ One of the terminals had wrong messages written.
◈ Suit/Armor Charging Station didn't properly reset if charging was interrupted.
◈ Fix to the mining post, which didn't properly reset the Ore Extractors Status.
◈ Using tutorial at Lock override system, prevents player from using Flashlight
◈ CCC didn't properly record C.A.T status.
◈ Fixed collisions with some trees and rocks.
◈ Lock Override skill resets if players dies in new zone.

◈ We have changed the name of the Industrial M.M.C Depository to I.M.M.C Depository to keep text in the window.
◈ Manufacturing Platform is now available to be built at Base near Givinx.
◈ Improved fog density based on cloud coverage effect.
◈ We have updated our NPC spawn system, from now on, it's Global Timer based, rather than self-timer check. (increase accuracy, improves performance).
◈ Improved UI screen effects of:
- Door Controls
- Depot Controls
◈ Added new options to the Game & UI section.
- Immersive screen effect (Screens)
- Immersive screen effect (Handheld Items)
