Weekly Update 07/08/25 and 2v2 TOURNAMENT
Hello everyone! This will hopefully be the last monday update for a bit and they will head back to friday!
The 2v2 tournament sign ups are still open so come and join in signups
This week we add 10 new 2v2 map ahead of our 2v2 tournament (which you can still sign up for here)
Things we added:
The Torch has had its cutting speed increased on shutters, we felt that the shutters cut speed was just too slow and made a lot of slow downtime when a player was cutting for both the attacker and defender. The cutting time has gone from 10 seconds to 6 seconds. We hope this is just a nice QOL change that means the rounds feel a bit faster. To counter this change we have changed the torch fuel to 16 from 24 as if it kept it the same then players would be able to cut through shutters to enter and while that may be fun it would result in another charge in the hands of the attackers
