Hotfix #4

Two fixes were added this patch;

• In the last patch, changes were made to the building parts to allow them to slightly interesect with other parts, but as a result it made it so people couldn't correctly place things correctly, notably chairs, we have fied this.
  
• Fixed a bug thanks once again to the Smalland discord and MantaFanta, for finding a bug with grapple + airdash that allowed players to infinitely reach height rapidly
