Added more logging to track down issues.
Multiplayer - Fixed an issue when buying and equipping an item while another player stays at the reward screen.
Multiplayer - Fixed an issue with players getting stuck on the results screen.
Multiplayer - Fixed an issue with short resting to exhaustion after other players have readied up.
Multiplayer - Fixed an issue with players joining in the middle of a scenario with spawners.
