Added - A new option to speed up the game
Added - A cool new outline option (currently disabled by default - you can enable them in the Interface options)
Added - A new Devotion tracker for the Temple, each level will earn you a random reward similar to job quest chests

Modding - Monsters and Summons can use meshes interchangeably as defined in YML.

Known issues:
- Burning a card while retaliating and killing an enemy causes an error.
- Doomstalker Dooms can cause some softlocks in multiplayer.
- Using the circle to switch initiative can sometimes get ignored in multiplayer.
