Update: Patch 3.75

- New map Tirpitz is added. Fight near legendary battleship!
- New clan system is added! Available from 10th level
- Capturing the base is temporary turned off for planning redesign of its logic
- Rebalance of all repair kits: price for clan kits is lowered; power difference between ordinary and clan repair kits is lowered; restoring time is unified
- We have added small horizontal rotating angles for premium tanks
- Fixed problem when players didn’t see enemy’s tracks rotation
- The time of boosting the upgrade delivery decreases with waiting
- Tanks appear with loaded gun on battlefield
- Premium tanks speed is lowered
- Fixed problem with shooting destroyed tanks
- Fixes in game client and in-game maps
