QoL and Fixes

Small changes to make the game better and bug fixes.





[h2]QoL[/h2]
- Changed for [SPACE] to not pick the weapon in the back anymore.
- Added level up feedback.
- Changed the widget feedback for skill point avaible for visibility.
- Interface now show all usable equip's energy. (repair tool, cleaner gun)
- Changed some widget feedback to make more clear.
- Added subtitle to all sound effects.
- Added change log.

- Fixed tooltip not showing module name.
- Fixed a lot of small loadscreen problems.
- Fixed modules names not showing some times.
- Fixed melee trail when cancelling animation.
- Fixed small tooltip problem.
