Improved Tutorial and Fixes

We added more tips for the tutorial and fixed somes connection issues.

• Added tip for how to use cleaner items,
• Added 3 tips at the Boat Tutorial.

Fixes
• Fixed chance of getting stuck on enemy's cutscene.
