Gameplay:
- Now, the voting timer only starts when a player vote.

FIXES:
- Fixed a issue preventing the water to be rendered when using low or medium shadow quality
- Fixed the Level Up Notification no displaying in local game modes.
- Improved visibility of ammunition count during local game mode.
