Ammunition Reload System Optimization

New "Ready Rack" Mechanism
A more realistic reloading workflow has been implemented:

When shells are stored in the ready rack, reload speed is significantly faster.

Once the ready rack is depleted, shells are transferred from other racks, resulting in a slightly longer reload time.

The default reload time for ready rack shells has been adjusted for better balance.
This mechanism adds strategic depth to ammunition management and creates a more realistic and tactical firing rhythm.

Ammo Rack System Upgrade

The number of shells displayed in ammo rack models must now match the configured data (requires mod adaptation).

Modders can now define custom ammo rack usage order for more flexible reload logic.

Main and secondary gun ammo racks are now separated, allowing independent configuration and behavior control.

The Tank Workshop now supports custom ammunition count settings and rack-module binding.

Shell types with capacity limits will no longer trigger the fast reload behavior for the first round.

Fixed an issue where failure to carry Shell Type 1 prevented drum magazine reloading.

Tank Workshop Enhancements
Turrets and gun barrels can now be linked to specific modules such as gunner, loader, ammo rack, and elevation mechanism, enabling greater flexibility in module configuration.

Armor Monitor Improvements
Added a new "Filter by Module Type" feature, allowing players to display specific components such as engine, ammo rack, and fuel tank for more efficient identification.

AI Behavior Enhancements
AI now supports patrol waypoints for naval units, enabling automatic navigation along water-based routes and improving AI behavior in naval combat scenarios.

Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where turret rotation direction could behave abnormally in some cases.

Increased the default lifetime of slow-speed shells.
