WHEEL SUPPORT IMPROVEMENTS

Hi ! I hope you are all doing well ! Few improvements for steering wheels.

• added option to compensate for pedals dead zones
  
• added camera movement with d-pad
  
• fixed issue with wheel being disconnected when resetting game in pause menu
